ILOILO CITY — The construction of the Panay-Guimaras-Negros (PGN) island bridges is close to realization following the signing of a financing agreement between the Philippine and South Korean governments.
Finance Secretary Ralph Recto signed the deal with South Korean Deputy Prime Minister Choi Sang-mok during South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol's state visit to the Philippines.
