LEGAZPI CITY — Ousted Albay governor Noel Rosal vowed to continue his fight to reclaim his position amid what he claimed as political propaganda against his candidacy.
Rosal reacted to the decision of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to cancel the certificates of candidacy (CoCs) of aspirants with dismissal verdicts from the Office of the Ombudsman.
