SBU avenges first round loss, tops AU

BISMARCK Lina finally had a chance to show what he is truly capable of as he powered San Beda University (SBU) to a 79-65 victory over Arellano University (AU) on Saturday that kept them at second in NCAA Season 100 at the FilOil EcoOil Center Arena.

Playing only his third game since recovering from an anterior cruciate ligament injury that sidelined him for nine months, Lina delivered his best game to date in Lions uniform and pounded his way to 20 points he spiked with seven rebounds in just 21 quality minutes off the bench.
