Meet Iba's youngest candidate for councilor

Iba, Zambales — Only 23 but with already a developed sense of responsibility and compassion for the people, Carl Eric Ballesteros Rico is running for a seat in the Sangguniang Bayan (municipal council) of this capital town.

The youngest among the candidates from Iba for the 2025 elections, Rico hopes to bring his youthful enthusiasm and vigor to the local legislative body.
