CEBU CITY — The inflation rate in Central Visayas dropped to 2.1 percent in September 2024 from 3.4 percent in August, according to data released by the Philippine Statistics Authority Central Visayas (PSA-7) on Thursday.

The figure was also lower than the 3.8 percent recorded in the same month last year.
