CEBU CITY — If elected to Congress, this former consultant of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said she would promote livelihood programs through sustainable job creation which she said is more effective than short-term financial aid.
"It is better to provide jobs than give aid that only lasts for a short time," said Maria Fema Duterte, who is running for a congressional seat to represent Cebu's seventh district in the May 2025 national and local elections.
