CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — The first district representative of the province and the mayor of a central town are seeking reelection unopposed in the May 12, 2025 midterm elections, data from the local Commission on Elections (Comelec) show.
After the deadline of the filing of the certificate of candidacy (CoC) on Tuesday, 1st District Rep. Arnan Panaligan will be running without an opponent although earlier reports had it that incumbent Gov. Humerlito Dolor will challenge him.
