MANILA, Philippines — TNT took advantage of Rain or Shine import Aaron Fuller's absence in the third quarter as the Tropang Giga galloped to a 90-81 win to take Game 1 of their PBA Season 49 Governors' Cup semifinal series on Wednesday at the Philsports Arena.
The stocky Fuller drew three quick fouls in the third period, a situation TNT took advantage after outscoring Rain or Shine, 36-23 in that stretch to seize control.
