Search for outstanding women leaders starts

BAGUIO CITY – The Search for the Outstanding Women Leaders of Baguio City (OWLS-BC) 2025 was launched during flag raising rites at the city hall on Monday.

'Today, we come together not just to launch an awards program, but to celebrate the unwavering spirit, resilience and extraordinary achievements of all women in our beloved city. We invite the public to join us in honoring their invaluable contributions,' Lumina Piel, OWLS-BC president, said.
