Baguio City has new police chief

BAGUIO CITY — A police officer with a vast experience in operations has been designated as new director of the Baguio City Police Office on Tuesday.

Col. Ruel Tagel, a member of the Philippine National Police Academy Class of 2012, took the command responsibility from erstwhile BCPO director Col. Francisco Bulwayan Jr. during ceremonies presided over by BGen. David Peredo Jr., director of the Police Regional Office-Cordillera.
