PHILIPPINE National Oil Co. (PNOC) on Monday signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) for the installation of a solar rooftop photovoltaic system at the latter's NCR Regional Training Center in Taguig.
PNOC said that this was part of an initiative to supply government agencies with renewable energy.
