Red Warriors served notice after first round in UAAP men's hoops

MANILA, Philippines — The UE Red Warriors are perhaps one of those teams who entered the UAAP Season 87 men's basketball tournament just content with giving their best, or at least that's how the basketball public perceived them to be.

Little to no one expected the Jack Santiago-mentored team to make a serious run for a Final Four spot, especially when its star guard Rey Remogat left for UP after Season 86 which the Warriors finished as sixth seed with a 4-10 slate.
