MANILA, Philippines — Defending champion San Beda University handed its finals rival Mapua University another heartache after a 76-69 overtime win in the NCAA Season 100 men's basketball tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on Tuesday.
The Red Lions took three consecutive victories to cap the first round with a 6-3 card, tied with Colegio de San Juan de Letran, and Mapua.
