BACOLOD CITY — The Commission on Audit (CoA) has ordered Sagay City treasurer Juvy Pinongan to liquidate the P22 million Health Emergency Allowance (HEA) within 30 days or face criminal charges, City Administrator Ryan Bonghanoy said.

The amount is for the allowance of health workers who rendered services during the Covid-19 pandemic.
