TACLOBAN CITY — Leyte Gov. Carlos Jericho Petilla has filed for his certificate of candidacy (CoC) for reelection at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) Leyte Provincial Office here on Monday morning.

Petilla, who is on his second term, was accompanied by his mother, Palo Mayor Remedios Petilla and wife former Palo Mayor Francess Ann Petilla when he filed his candidacy under the Nationalist People's Coalition.
