THE AY Foundation and JCI Manila recognized Sister Minerva Caampued as the 41st Saint Teresa of Calcutta Awardee.

Since 1996, Sister Caampued had dedicated her life to serving the Agta tribal communities in Cagayan province. The Franciscan Sister founded a culture-sensitive, community-based Indigenous People school.
