A REGIONAL trial court in Capas, Tarlac has issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) against the Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) and the Clark Development Corp. (CDC), preventing them from unlawfully taking over the 100-hectare Kalangitan Sanitary Landfill.
The Metro Clark Waste Management Corp. (MCWM), operator of the said landfill, secured the TRO on October 4 which enabled it to stop the BCDA and CDC from taking over the facility last Saturday, October 5.
