MANILA, Philippines — Former Ilocos Sur governor Luis "Chavit" Singson on Monday filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) for senator.
Singson, who served as mayor of Narvacan town from 2019 to 2022, is running as an independent but expressed confidence that he would make it to the Magic 12 in the elections.
