MANILA, Philippines — A low pressure area (LPA) has been spotted off Palawan, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Sunday.
Embedded along the inter-tropical convergence zone (ITCZ), the LPA was estimated some 100 kilometers west-northwest of Coron, Pagasa said.
