MANILA, Philippines — ACT-CIS party-list Rep. Erwin Tulfo filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) for senator on Sunday.
'I'll start working on day one [if elected],' he said. He will run under the administration party coalition Alyansa para sa Bagong Pilipinas.
