THE president of the Association of Barangay Captains (ABC) in San Rafael town in Bulacan and his driver died in an ambush along a service road in Barangay Ligas, City of Malolos on Thursday evening.

Bulacan Police Provincial Office OIC Col. Satur Ediong identified the victims as ABC president Ramil Capistrano and his driver Shedrick Suarez who both died on the spot.
