Heavy traffic expected around PH Arena for Olivia Rodrigo concert

MANILA, Philippines — NLEX Corporation announced to motorists that heavy traffic was expected around Ciudad de Victoria and the Philippine Arena during Saturday's Olivia Rodrigo concert.

'Please expect a high volume of traffic on this date. Ensure you have sufficient load on your RFID accounts and allow more time for travel,' the company announced.
