MANILA, Philippines — Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla said on Saturday that the National Prosecution Service (NPS) of the Department of Justice (DoJ) will go "all-out" in the prosecution of dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo in the qualified human trafficking case lodged against her following the revocation of her passport by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
Guo's passport cancellation was enforced last September 30 but was only announced October 4 for violation of Republic Act 11983 otherwise known as the New Philippine Passport Act.
