SUAL, Pangasinan — The mayor here who was romantically linked with dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo, filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) office here on Thursday for his reelection bid in the 2025 midterm elections.
Mayor Liseldo "Dong" Calugay, who is on his third term, filed his CoC past 12 p.m. under Abante Pangasinan Ilokano (API), a local political party, which is also a party-list.
