Basilica dress code draws mixed reactions

CEBU CITY — The Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño de Cebu has defended its decision to enforce a dress code for visitors, a move that drew mixed reactions from the public.

The policy, which took effect on October 1, specifies guidelines for 'proper attire inside the church.'
