MALABON City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval filed her certificate of candidacy (CoC) to seek a second term on Thursday at the Commission on Elections office in Robinsons Town Mall, Tinajeros.

Sandoval's running mate, 2nd District Councilor Edward Nolasco, also filed his CoC for vice mayor.
