Beginning in the first quarter of 2025, the 12-week certificate program will be limited to only 25 slots, ensuring an impactful learning experience. The program will also offer mentorship, enabling participants to consult with three facilitators and receive personalized advice tailored to their needs.

During the final week, participants will spend four days in Singapore for an opportunity to visit companies and meet with senior executives, business leaders and professionals.

This experience will provide a platform for knowledge-sharing, networking and collaboration with their local and international counterparts.

Leading the program sessions are industry experts such as Francis Kong, co-founder and director of Inspire Leadership Consultancy; Jeff Manhilot, president of Inspire Leadership Consultancy; Marivic Lualhati, and Kathleen Yao, founder and director of TLE Singapore, together with those from the SUSS.
