DOUBLE Olympic gold medalist gymnast Carlos Yulo has joined the Philippine Navy on Tuesday.

Yulo was given the rank of Petty Officer 1st Class in a ceremony at the Navy Headquarters led by Maj. Gen. Joseph Cuison, who is the commander of the Naval Reserve Command.
