TACLOBAN CITY — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in Eastern Visayas has vowed to investigate the presence of alleged Chinese in Guiuan, Eastern Samar.

Emeterio Dongalio Jr., NBI 8 regional director, said he will be sending a team to investigate the report of the alleged presence of Chinese in Guiuan town.
