Driver in hot water for hitting traffic enforcer

CEBU CITY — The Cebu City government is set to file a case against the driver who allegedly struck a traffic enforcer at the intersection of F. Cabahug Street and Pope John Paul Avenue on the evening of September 30.

Acting Cebu City Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia condemned the incident, suggesting it was deliberate and 'done with malice.'
