MANILA 2nd District Rep. Rolando Valeriano on Wednesday filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) to seek reelection under the National Unity Party (NUP).
"I hope to continue to repay the trust and confidence of the residents of District 2 with even more responsive and relevant services, programs, and legislation that improve the quality of life and advance justice, especially for the poor and disadvantaged. The voters here are aware of what we have achieved for them," Valeriano said at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) National Capital Region office.
