MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. appointed former executive secretary Oscar Orbos to lead the People's Television Network Inc. (PTV), the government's official TV station, Malacañang announced Thursday.
Orbos, who took his oath before Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on Thursday, will serve as acting chairman and member of the Board of Directors for the PTV, representing the private sector.
