(CSE: PGR) ('Planet Green” or the 'Company”) is pleased to announce that it has arranged, subject to the acceptance of the Canadian Securities Exchange, a non-brokered flow-through private placement ('FT Offering”) of up to 4,000,000 Shares for gross proceeds of up to $480,000, and a non-brokered working capital ('WC Offering”) private placement of up to 3,500,000 Units for gross proceeds of $350,000.

Each Flow-through Unit will consist of one flow-through common share priced at $0.12 per share.
