(UPDATE) TIM Cone said he was a bit surprised to see Barangay Ginebra score a three-game sweep of the Meralco Bolts in their PBA Season 49 Governors' Cup quarterfinal series on Monday.

For one, the Gin Kings entered the opening round of the playoffs without backup big man Isaac Go due to an injured knee, joining Jamie Malonzo and Jeremiah Gray, who are still recovering from their respective injuries.
