CARCAR CITY, Cebu — An 18-year-old nautical student from Dalaguete was fatally shot during a robbery in Barangay San Nicolas, Cebu City, late Friday evening, September 27.
The victim, identified as John Lloyd de los Reyes Bejec, was reportedly targeted by armed suspects as he walked with a female companion in Sitio Alumnus Aso Puwa.
