LEGAZPI CITY — After serving Albay as its second district representative in Congress for the last nine years, Joey Salceda will now run for the province's gubernatorial post in the 2025 elections under the Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats or Lakas-CMD.
Salceda, the 24th governor of Albay from 2007 to 2016, filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) on Tuesday through his legal counsel Jong Bonafe.
