TRECE MARTIRES CITY — Cavite Gov. Juanito Victor Remulla Jr. and Vice Gov. Athena Tolentino were among the early birds as the Commission on Elections opened the filing of certificates of candidacy (CoCs) for the 2025 polls on Tuesday at the Provincial Election Office, Capitol Grounds in Barangay San Agustin here.
Remulla, who is seeking his third and final term as provincial chief executive, was accompanied by political leaders and supporters from the 23 towns and cities of Cavite.
