BULACAN — Gov. Daniel Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis Castro were among the early birds to file their certificates of candidacy (CoCs) for the 2025 midterm elections at the Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center in the city of Malolos on Tuesday.

Before filing their CoCs, Fernando and Castro attended a 6 a.m. Holy Mass at the Malolos Cathedral together with the entire provincial slate of the National Unity Party and their supporters.
