Construction of Visayas'1st skyway to start soon

CEBU CITY — Lapu-Lapu City is set to embark on a major infrastructure project with the construction of the Lapu-Lapu Expressway (LLEx).

The expressway is designed to ease traffic congestion and improve access to important areas, including the Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA).
