NDRRMC: 8 hurt, 1 missing due to 'Julian'

MANILA, Philippines — The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council on Wednesday said eight people were confirmed injured and one missing due to Typhoon 'Julian.'

The weather disturbance brought heavy rains and strong winds in the northern part of Luzon.
