MANILA, Philippines — Former Malabon representative Federico "Ricky" Sandoval 2nd on Wednesday filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC), seeking a return to the House of Representatives.
Sandoval 2nd, who will run under the political party Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats, filed his CoC at the Commission on Elections' National Capital Region Office.
