SAN FRANCISCO, California — 'Fortnite' maker Epic Games is suing tech giants Google and Samsung, it announced on Monday, accusing them of illegally colluding to block competition on Samsung devices.
Chief Executive Officer Tim Sweeney said his company filed a claim in a federal court in California, the same jurisdiction where the company won a yearslong legal battle with Google in 2023.
