Golden MV to expand Villar City via P5.2-B deal

VILLAR-OWNED Golden MV Holdings Inc. said Tuesday its board of directors had approved the acquisition of three companies for around P5.2 billion as part of billionaire businessman Manuel Villar Jr.'s bid to expand his ambitious multi-city development, Villar City.

In a stock exchange filing, Golden MV said the purchase involved all the issued and capital stock of Althorp Land Holdings Inc., Chalgrove Properties Inc. and Los Valores Corp. from Fine Properties Inc. and Hollinger Holdings Corp.
