La Salle's Phillips, San Juan hailed as UAAP Players of the Week

MANILA, Philippines — Mike Phillips and Luisa San Juan went bonkers for the De La Salle men's and women's teams, respectively, in the past UAAP Season 87 basketball tournament week (September 25 to 29).

Phillips registered 12.5 points, 16.0 rebounds (6.5 from the offensive end), 2.0 assists, and 1.5 blocks for the Green Archers, who went 2-0 and 5-1 overall in the men's tournament where they are currently second.
