TACLOBAN CITY — The City Veterinary Office honored 13 barangay (villages) as outstanding rabies program implementers as part of the city's commemoration of the 2024 World Rabies Day on September 28.
The villages awarded for their outstanding execution of rabies prevention and control initiatives under their jurisdiction were Brgy. 83-B Cogon San Jose; Brgy. 62-A Ilong Sagkahan; Brgy. 106 Sto. Niño; Brgy. 102 Old Kawayan; Brgy. 88 San Jose; Brgy. 93 Bagacay; Brgy. 56 Pericohon; Brgy. 107 Sta. Elena; Brgy. 103-A Paglaum; Brgy. 109 V&G; Brgy. 84 San Jose; Brgy. 36-A Imelda Village; and Brgy. 76 Fatima.
