Speaker Romualdez files CoC for last term as Leyte representative

TACLOBAN CITY — Speaker Martin G.Romualdez was the early bird who filed his certificate of candidacy before the Commission on Elections (Comelec) at the Leyte Provincial Office here on Tuesday.

Romualdez is seeking his last term as Leyte first district representative.
