MANILA, Philippines — A carpenter and a former presidential candidate were among the hopefuls who filed their certificates of candidacy for the 2025 midterm polls before the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Tuesday.
At the Manila Hotel, Agri-Agra na Reporma para sa Magsasaka ng Pilipinas Movement (Agri) party-list Rep. Wilbert Lee was the first to file his CoC for senator before the Comelec stationed at the Manila Hotel.
