MANILA, Philippines -- Sen. Nancy Binay filed her certificate of candidacy (CoC) for mayor of Makati City before the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Tuesday.
Binay filed her CoC together with former Makati congressman Monsour del Rosario her vice mayor.
