MANILA, Philippines — Bicol Saro Rep. Brian Yamsuan filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) on Tuesday as representative for Parañaque's second district.

Yamsuan, a Paraqueño, will run in the May 2025 elections as an independent candidate.
