MANILA, Philippines — King Gurtiza showed no nerves and made the crucial free throws in the dying seconds of the clock to allow Emilio Aguinaldo College prevail over the Lyceum of the Philippines University, 90-88, in the NCAA Season 100 men's basketball tournament at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City on Sunday.
Gurtiza showed wit after making a shooting motion in the three-point arc as he was fouled by Vincent Cunanan with 6.7 seconds remaining in the clock.
